By Combining Business Development knowledge and experience with a creative, open workshop environment I was able to help this Founder engage with his senior team and develop their business development roadmap out of a series of frustrations and bottlenecks. Now the team own their projects and the business has the foundations of a Roadmap to work on into the coming year.
