We ran some great high energy workshops this week in Kyiv and in Harkiv with delegates from both the Creative Exports and Export Evolution programs. In these workshops we explored Brand and product positioning using socks, we looked into the value chain and how price develops positively as the product gets closer to its final consumer. Our “fabulous” exercise helped delegates gain confidence in working with percentages, especially in the confusion of Mark Up and Margin 😉
